Objective

Organize a competitive Go-Karting tournament to boost brand engagement. ​Attract new customers and build a community of motorsport enthusiasts.

Event Format

• Type: Time Trial + Knockout Rounds. ​
• Minimum participants: 50, expandable based on sign-ups.
• Duration: 2-day event, depending on the number of entries. 

Footfall

We're expecting a strong footfall of 1400-1500 visitors at Hopup! With Exciting games and family  fun lined up, we're all set to welcome a high-energy crowd for an unforgettable experience

Registration

Entry Fee: ₹999 for the tournament only; ₹1999 for the tournament + 2 qualifying 2x10 mins training sessions. ​
Deadline: 25th June.
Includes:  One energy drink, participation certificate, and customized racing mug.

Rules & Regulations

• Minimum age: 12+ with guardian consent if under 18.
• Mandatory safety briefing before the race. ​
• Disqualification for dangerous driving or misconduct. Including every minor hit on barriers will deduct one second, anda  hard hit on barriers will add an additional 5 secs
• Weight limit based on karting specs

Equipment & Safety

• Helmets, gloves, and suits provided.
• Karts are inspected before each race.
• On-site medical support by Fortis Hospitals
• Track marshals at all key points.

Safety barriers and signage are in place

Awards & Recognition

• Trophies for the top 3 winners.
• Cash prizes: 1st place ₹25,000 + one case energy drink, 2nd place ₹10,000 + one case energy drink, 3rd place ₹10,000 HopUp voucher + one case energy drink. ​
• Certificates for all participants
• Special awards for best lap time, rookie of the day, and best-dressed racer.
