Ticket Purchase Policy
Ticket Utilization and Attendance at the Every Policy
1. It is customers’ responsibility to ensure that they are aware of the restrictions placed on the attendees of the events including but not limited to the age and type of clothing which is acceptable during the event.
2. Tickets purchased through Q-Tickets India are non-refundable once customers fail any of the conditions pertaining to the nature of the event and are barred from entry, or when the customer’s behavior puts any of the persons at risk.
3. Venue Management is the sole and/or jointly responsible for all customers and their conduct as stated by the Rules and Regulations governing the Event. Management of the Promoter and the venue shall reserve the right of admission and may also conduct search and screening for security.
4. Customers do not have a right to any refund if they have been removed from the event for any reason. Quite a few event locations have a policy stating there’s no re-entry and to gain access using the same ticket the person cannot go back into the location.
5. Essential items possibly brought into the event venues such as, but not limited to – food and drink, cameras or video cameras, may at the discretion of the Venue Management or the Promoters be prohibited. In such a case, Q-Tickets India shall not be liable to refund any money for denying people entry or seizing their possessions.
Responsibility for Attendance
1. Customers shall also be required to confirm attendance requirements which include the date and time of the events and when attending events. Q-Tickets India are not to be held responsible for the costs and other losses as a result of no-shows. It will also be the responsibility of those customers who have bought tickets and fail to attend or arrive late.
2. Some events will have a last entrance time, and it is the customers’ duty to check it in time and attend the event punctually. Recording without permission is mostly banned hence you should ask the Promoter about such regulations.
Recorded Material
1. When you acquire a ticket, this means that you will be photographed or video recorded by either the Promoter, the site or their associated organizations. You give up any claims over the recordings and concede that the Promoter or the venue will use the materials at their discretion.

2. For some events, customers may be required to bring a printed ticket. Customers may be required to trade their electronic tickets for a printed one at various booths that are positioned near the doors to the event. A printed electronic ticket or ticket number and an identification card may be necessary.
3. Electronic tickets may be printed any time from the 'My Calendar' section of your account with Q Tickets.
Refund Policy
1. Refund requests are subject to provision only if events are postponed, the venue is moved, or in the event that the entire event is canceled. Tix4events does not require refund requests for other reasons as these are the promoters who sell the tickets.
2. It could be that when making a performance or scheduling alterations, it will not be necessary to provide a refund. Outline changes, technical problems and general dissatisfaction are not legitimate reasons for a refund.
3. In the event that an event is finished, but not completed for any reason such as weather conditions, natural events or actions of the government, ticket holders will not be able to obtain a refund.
4. Same forms of payments are used in relation to paid out refunds. It is expected that when a bank refund is made, it takes a maximum of seven working days, while electronically redeemed vouchers are sent within three to five hours. Refunds of cash are not available.
5. Refund requests attract 2.5% service charges. For assistance with a refund, send an email to Q-Tickets India at info@q-tickets.in indicating the details of your transaction and ticket bookings.
Liability Disclaimer
1. Some risks, losses and even events of injuries occurring at the events for which tickets have been disposed of are not the responsibility of Q-Tickets India. Customers are equally responsible for their properties and Q-Tickets India bears no responsibility for stolen or misplaced items and injuries.
2. Even where there are problems relating to seating or other infrastructure within the venue, Q-Tickets India cannot hold responsibility as a ticketing service provider. Applying for confiscation of illegal recording devices or equipment is not a responsibility of Q-Tickets India.
